Payments and Cancellations

Payment conditions

  • All prices given are in EUR (€).
  • Kindly pay the Registration fee in accordance with the general conditions and deadlines stated on Congres fee page.
  • In the case of bank transfer please use your registration number as the reference number (variable symbol) for easier payment identification.
  • The professional organizer reserves the right to require under certain circumstances the registrant to send a copy of the remittance receipt for the payment with his / her name and address indicated.
  • All payments must be net of all charges; all bank charges applied during the payment of the registration fee, reserved accommodation, or other services are to be paid by the payer.
  • No cheques are accepted.

Cancellation policy

  • In the case of a cancellation of a valid registration or accommodation reservation before August 1st, 2016, a handling fee of € 50 will be charged. No other cancellation fee is applied.
  • In the case of a cancellation of a valid registration or any other reserved services before August 31st, 2016 (1 – 31 August 2016), a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the reserved and cancelled services will be applied.
  • In the case of a cancellation of a valid registration or any other reserved services after August 31st, 2016 (1 September 2016 onward) or in the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the reserved and cancelled services will be applied. No refunds of payments for any services will be possible after this date.
  • A cancellation of a valid registration or any other services reserved must be made in writing (by e-mail) to the address of the organiser: inppo2016@savba.sk
    N.B.: The actual date of delivery of such written notice to the organiser is to be regarded the exact and effective cancellation date.
